Doing all this on Windows 10 build 1903. Since installing the beta Xbox app, it looks fine up until I sign in, at which point the app turns completely blank, just showing a dark gray screen with no UI elements shown -- all I can do at that point is move the blank window around, and close the app from the task bar. Answer: If you want to record a video by using the Window Capture, and you see only a black screen, the reason is that your PC is using direct3D hardware acceleration to play the video.
