Verizon Message Plus App Not Working. After receiving numerous reports from multiple users, we decided to have a look at the situation and compiled a couple of solutions after experimenting. I see that others were reporting this in the fall of 2017 and verizon has not fixed this yet?!?!? Not receiving messages on computer app?
This means the app is on your device but has been disabled. Tap install and follow the prompts.

However it won't flash when i receive a text message. Stay connected using verizon messages sync features for your smartphone, tablet, and computer. Whether it's verizon or amazon, or both, it needs a fix! Was working fine until few days ago.
