Turbotax Appointment. How do i change my appointment with review and assist? The instructions emailed me don't worse as there is no banner that contains my appointment time. I wish to cancel the expert call to my scheduled time on Friday Nov 8 at 1:00 pm MST to phone number [phone number removed] TurboTax vs. H&R Block. Both H&R Block and TurboTax offer audit support guidance, live tax support from trained tax professionals, and a free version perfect for easy filers. H&R Block’s free version is significantly superior, however, since it lets you file a 1040 and Schedules 1-6. Paid versions of H&R Block flow similarly to those of TurboTax. The TurboTax Live scheduled calls are placed by the system, and if there's no answer our experts will leave a voicemail message. Your post does not indicate whether you are using the online Live software that provides the live help. With TurboTax you can either do your taxes yourself and if you need to, connect live via one-way video to a TurboTax Live CPA or Enrolled Agent to get your tax questions answered. A TurboTax Live CPA or Enrolled Agent can also review, sign, and file your return. No leaving your house and waiting in line necessary to get expert advice.
