Entune app suite was dumped for 2020 models, only applies to 4th gen and 2019 5th gen, there's no entune anymore for the multimedia system, the entune 3.0 phone app isn't even necessary for the 2019 unless you want to use entune app suite which doesn't exist on the 2020.
Entune™ app suite is included with your vehicle, at no additional or annual charge. Toyota's entune infotainment system doesn't set its sights too high but, because of that, it also doesn't crash and burn. Even though toyota markets entune 3.0 and the apps, they have removed all entune 3.0 functionality from the 2020’s, excluding toyota+alexa. To get it up and running, it takes me back in a circle telling me no cars have been entered.
