No way to transfer money to an outside bank account in the app, very, very frustrating. It's MY MONEY not SunTrust's so let me move it as I need to. Have no such problem with USAA app or when I had US Bank a more than 5 years ago, so I have to think that this is some SunTrust shenanigans.
