Smart Hub App Not Working. By cmorris0603 jan 5, 2013 2:25pm pst this weekend i had to reset my smart hub due to an issues i was having with netflix not loading. Press the smart hub button on your remote. Once i reloaded the apps, i stopped getting the message smart hub updating and the app opened as it should.
