Secure Folder App Permissions. These share permissions apply to the contents of a shared folder, meaning that you cannot granularly control file access in a share. The permissions are greyed out and say they are disabled by admin. With the shortcut option, users were able to access apps in the secure folder directly from their home screen instead of launching the secure folder first.
There is the same problem on my phone. So, when my application tries to create a new log file inside that folder, it fails.
Open the windows security app by selecting the shield icon in the task bar.
