Samsung Smart View App Not Working. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall back Samsung smart view still will not work. My TV is Samsung Led Curved TV UA-48-H8000 FHD 3D. I am using windows 10 pro with Intel ® i7 processor. Hard disk 2TB. According to my computer hardware and my TV it should not have a problem. I have a Samsung Model UN55MU6300F Smart TV. Lately my Amazon Prime Video app has stopped working. I either get a perpetual loading symbol followed by an "Insufficient bandwith" message, or if I click a series I've been watching, it does not respond and will not play. I had to update my Amazon password recently, but that made no difference. The TV and phone find each other just fine, however, the app that I am streaming from my phone will only work about about 2 1/2 minutes and then the screen.

I did the developer thing and authorized wireless display it didn't work. WHAT WORKED was simply downloading the app samsung smart view screen mirroring. I use to just pull the top tab down and scroll over 1 page to the smart view symbol that's pre installed into my note 8 but it stopped working. But since I downloaded the app it's been working. I recently (today) bought new TV - UE55MU6172. I installed Smart View on my PC (W10) and Samsung Phone. It does work on the phone but not on my notebook. App finds the TV but when I click on it to connect it says: "Something went wrong. Please try again". Now I tried restarts and deactivating firewalls. Nothing seems to help. Samsung AllShare is hard-blocked by Windows 10 (and I think not officialy available anymore). Samsung Link works (app also not officialy available) but TV does not read subtitles. LG SmartShare works but TV does not read subtitles. Plex works, installed on PC and on TV as an app and linked together. Subtitles also work. I have a Samsung Model UN55MU6300F Smart TV.
