Quickbooks Desktop App Not Working. Users need to upgrade to at least quickbooks 2017 or later, preferrably the new quickbooks 2019. Most discussions in the intuit community regarding quickbooks compatibility with windows 10, say versions 2016 and earlier are not certified compatible. One little glitch in my opinion is that somehow i am seeing the same shortcut icons for quickbooks enterprise and the qbo online app. If you exit and come back, you don’t have to enter your login credentials again.

With the autoentry mobile or desktop app simply scan, email or take a photo of the document you want to capture and autoentry will do the rest!.
