Enter the ip address from step one into the list of ip addresses and networks that are allowed without auth setting and save. The web app doesn’t see the server nor propose server settings on the interface. First we see connecting in the server list, then the server is removed as if it failed to connect. I did a bit more testing with this, monitoring what the plex web app does when the my cloud home is restarted.
