Outlook Desktop App Not Working. The issue is birthdays and anniversaries do not sync and in fact area always 1 day off. We are using office 2016 version. To change outlook to work online, select send/receive > preferences > work offline.
In a recent office 365 monthly channel update, microsoft has given users the ability to control where office documents open in their default behavior. Unfortunately, microsoft is still not working on a new desktop app for windows, but the company plans to create a new web powered experiences (opx) on the desktop where the client will directly.
