Outlook 365 App Not Working. Desktop Outlook app not working Hello there, My outlook 365 desktop app on my laptop (running windows 10 pro) cannot add my office 365 account. We've tried the command to clear reminders and freebusy but nothing works. There was a suggestion I found to delete a registry key but not sure what the key is or what exactly it does with reminders.

The odd thing is, the App Passwords work in Windows Mail client, and I can even use the 2FA option if I tell Windows Mail it's an IMAP account instead of a Google account. But in Outlook, the exact same App Password on the exact same computer will not work. I was on a chat with support for a very long time. You can also activate Office 365 with the product key.
