It bills itself as a savings or rewards app, but it isn’t. I do not know of any app similar to drop in the uk, but you can use a site like ibotta.
Drop is my absolute favorite rewards app, and i’ve been using the app to earn rewards for nearly 2 years now.

Spend as you normally would, collect points, then use those points to claim gift cards from partner retailers. When the app sees a purchase, you earn points. Then, i’m using drop, which also gives me points for gift cards.
