My Tesla App Stopped Working. Tried to call tesla support but hung up after around 15 minutes. Now try to launch the app once again. Second outpost unit, sent him to tesla.
I'm trying the download through the app, which i haven't. The pw2 seems to be working but without the app connecting i don't know what its status is.
I called support and after waiting over a hail hour on hold i was told they didn’t know and hoped it might be fixed in a couple of days.
If the app that isn’t working is an instant app, try these troubleshooting steps instead. Through the tesla app with firmware as the reason seems to work. Open the watch app on your iphone and tap the my watch tab. I've tried to reinstall as well as log out and log back in.
