In the latest update of My Disney Experience, if you have a resort hotel stay linked, the countdown indicator can be located under My Plans, then Resort Hotel.

As for tracking your Disney Dining Plan entitlements, you'll be able to do that in the My Disney Experience Mobile app. Under "My Plans," select your Resort Reservation, then "View Room Details," and then "Check Dining Plan."
