This is the most crap app ever. I sent some money and it was successfully sent then when the party refunded the money it apparently is not allowed on my ReliaCard so instead of cancelling the refund and just giving me the money on my app account or giving the money to the third party they told me they were closing my case and to contact the bank who can’t do.
Downloaded this app to connect me to AT&T. It went through the steps and a customer service rep called me. So far, so good. Then about 20 seconds into the call, the app's recorded message started playing for both to hear. The confused rep laughed it off, but then AT&T started calling me several times. This app is super helpful in giving customers with Net 30 terms the ability to pay later. The one thing I wish was different was the ability to let customers pay by credit card and have the app run the credit card, as that would alleviate a lot of work for our customer service team.
