Kardia will not work even if I turn off the microphone to all other Apps, including Google Maps. I deleted and then re-downloaded Kardia... still no go. Apple won't trouble shoot because this is a 3rd party App. Kardia Tech Support is difficult to connect to.. still waiting for a call.
