After upgrades to ios, apps are sometimes moved to new folders. After jail breaking my iphone 4 i downloaded springtomize and realized my phone icon disappeared and i was not able to search for it.
I just closed all the apps and did a hard reboot then everything was fine.
For example, tap save image to transfer a photo to the photos. First is, search for it. Be sure the icon is not in a folder. Recently, we received many emails like this complaining message icon disappeared from iphone’s share list after updating to ios 11.
