In this update we fixed a few bugs and introduced a new behavior: if you haven’t fully enabled the Hiya app in system “Call Blocking & Identification” settings, then you’ll be directed to the Hiya app’s “Protect” tab until setup is complete so that you can get the most out of the app!

As of April 2016, the Hiya app had 25 million downloads.
The Mr. Number Lookup app has a sturdy 4.6 on the App Store with over 90,000 reviews. The similarities between the two services also carry over to the poor customer service. Hiya employs the same lack of interaction with its customers in the App Store that it does with Hiya.
