The Great Clips in Caldwell, Idaho (across from Wal-Mart) was extremely disappointing. I wasted 45 minutes of waiting, thinking I was next and then was completely ignored by both employees (one on her phone the other playing with things on her booth.. The online app does not work well when adding a second person. Every time I try, it ends up.
