From what I see movie belongs to fandango now and I never got the play movie option. Checked my bank statement and of course I got charged for the movie. I also got the confirmation email from Roku for the purchase. Still no movie to watch. Called the customer service and no one.

In my opinion, Roku is the best device/service available for streaming video content to a television set, and this app provides a number of useful features to assist Roku users. Most importantly, this app serves as a remote to control Roku boxes, which makes it invaluable in case a remote is lost or damaged.
The Fandango Movies and TV Store is offered as a Roku menu option on devices that are not sold through Walmart. There devices offer a Vudu movie store option instead. As you mentioned, the FandangoNow channel is still available for all devices, to allow you to access your Fandango account, purchase or rent content, etc. Ordered a movie on my Roku tv last night and payed $5.99 for it. In-browser app (Mac, Windows, and more) Select LG, Samsung, Sony, and Vizio smart TVs A few options – including Amazon's Fire TV devices – are conspicuously missing from FandangoNow's list. Fandango has been removed from the channels on my Roku. It is no longer coming up in channel searches nor is it an option to download anywhere that I see. It still shows up on the Roku app on my phone. However it will not launch when I click in the app. Is fandango gone from Roku? I have tried Fandango and FandangoNow.
