Only thing I ever used the Entune app for was looking up destinations so they'd be available in the Previous Destinations app on the head unit. Everything else sucks balls. Entune App Suite was dumped for 2020 models, only applies to 4th gen and 2019 5th gen, there's no "Entune" anymore for the multimedia system, the Entune 3.0 phone app isn't even necessary for the 2019 unless you want to use Entune App Suite which doesn't exist on the 2020.
