Try the following steps if an app installed on your phone has any of these problems: Crashing. Won’t open. Won’t respond. Isn’t working properly. If the app that isn’t working is an Instant App, try these troubleshooting steps instead. After each step, restart your phone to see if it fixed the issue.

As the title says, I have the Cox Contour Application installed and working on my FireTV. The counter guy at Cox sold my wife on paying for this and insisted it was compatible with the Fire TV. Well, he lied. The app is not Fire TV compatible. So I installed it a different way. It works just fine but it does have a couple "features". I know Cox's page says Contour 2 is compatible with Android 4.0.3 or higher but maybe not. I loaded the app on my newer phone running 5.1.1 and it works fine. Tried loading it on an older Android phone running 4.1.2 and it won't let me log in. keeps giving me errors. Maybe there are issues with older versions of the OS.
