Both the housing application and the deposit must be received by the respective deadline to guarantee housing. Housing deposits are non-refundable. Housing Deposit Rates: Fall 2020 non-refundable housing deposit for all students - $300. You can pay your Fall 2020 housing deposit online through your housing application. Apply for housing Room assignments begin. Room assignments will begin in late June and continue until September. Room assignments will be sent to your Oregon State email address. The first batch of room assignment notifications will be sent by 2 p.m. on June 30, 2020, and will continue in additional batches approximately every two weeks throughout the summer.
