Ancestry Dna App Not Working. She has great info over there. First ancestry's reply says they notified customers in july, we all have real lives which take precedence at times and i was not on in late july to mid august. Temporarily disable your security software.
You should see your results or your status there. The trees are not compared until after the dna makes the match.
Sign in to your ancestry account, click your dna tab, and select your dna results summary.
